Please note, this is an appointment only studio. We do not accept walk-ins.

December appointments are now available to book online. If no appointments are showing, this means we are fully booked.

January appointments will be available to book on the 28th December at 10am.

From the 1st July 2024, infill appointments will only be available for clients on The Lash Membership. At the moment, we are unable to guarantee infill appointments for clients that are not on The Lash Membership.

Full set appointments are available to book online. If no appointments show as available, this means we are fully booked for full set appointments. If you would like to guarantee a particular date or time in the future, please send an email to bookings@blinkbydgc.com and try to give 6-8 weeks notice for a better chance at securing that appointment. This does not affect clients wishing to book in Lash Lifts and other services. Brow shaping and tinting treatments are only bookable when combined with extensions and lash lift appointments.

Appointments before 10am Tuesday - Thursday and before 11am Friday and Saturday are £15 extra. Select 'Out of hours fee' on the add ons section when booking, otherwise this will be added for you.

Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

  • Come with clean, makeup-free eyes: This saves time and ensures the best possible adhesion for the extensions/lash lift. Any mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow and other eye makeup should be removed with an oil-free cleanser prior to your appointment.

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol: These can make eyelids twitch and will make it harder for the lashes to be applied.

  • Dress comfortably: You will be lying still for an extended period, although you will be given blanket, loose clothing and warm socks are recommended!

  • Optional: Please let us know upon booking if you have any allergies or eye sensitivities.

Upon Arrival:

  • Arrive on time (ideally 5-10 minutes early): This allows time to use the toilet, fill out any forms, and discuss your preferences with your lash artist.

  • Put your phone on silent: It’s nap time! For your ultimate comfort, please try to minimise distractions during the appointment.

Cancellation policies

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedules and offer the time slot to other clients.

  • Cancellations with 24 hours notice or more: A gift card will be given with the pre-paid amount.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: We are unable to offer refunds or gift cards in these cases. However, we understand life and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you have a genuine reason for a late cancellation, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, but please be mindful this may not always be possible.

Please note: Decisions regarding gift cards for late cancellations are at the discretion of Blink by DGC and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment policies

Upon booking, a 50% booking fee will be required for all treatments over £30, treatments with a value less than £30 require full payment upfront.

All amounts paid are non-refundable, a gift card will be given with the amount paid should you no longer wish to attend your appointment and enough notice has been given.

Cash & Card payments are both accepted at your appointment.
